When you send a request through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, city, the service you are interested in, information about your pets and your message. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which is used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your request, schedule a meet & greet and provide pet care services. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Services we rely on
Our websites are hosted by Netlify, which also receives contact form submissions on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Once you become a client, bookings, payments and visit reports are handled in Time To Pet, which has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Our websites do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping your information
We keep contact requests only as long as we need them to respond and to serve you as a client. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
